Water Quality Benefits

Why do you need quality water?

Better Health
A 2009 University of California, Berkeley study found that participants who used a reverse osmosis/UV filter suffered about 12% fewer gastrointestinal illnesses than participants who drank unfiltered water. Quality water can help prevent waterborne illness.

Fresher Taste and Smell
Has your water ever smelled like rotten eggs or tasted metallic? Hydrogen sulfide gas can cause water to give off an unpleasant odor, while the presence of iron or manganese in water could lead to a metallic taste. Water filters remove such impurities and lead to fresher tasting water with no foul odor.

Less Cleaning
Too many mineral deposits like lime or calcium can make cleaning sinks and bathtubs frustrating. Harsh scrubbing or chemicals can wear away porcelain enamel from your bathtub or sink.  Using a water softener to purify the water means you can clean your plumbing fixtures more easily and appliances less often. This also helps prolong the life of your appliances and fixtures.
